2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use this Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into binding agreements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity conducted under it. We may suspend accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

4. Creator Content Responsibility

Creators are solely responsible for all content they upload. By posting content, you confirm you own or have all necessary rights and permissions to distribute it. AveryExchange does not pre-screen or endorse user content.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal, fraudulent, or non-consensual content
• Content involving individuals under 18 years of age
• Infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights
• Malware, hacking, or platform interference

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Payments & Marketplace Structure

All transactions are processed through third-party payment providers. AveryExchange does not directly process or store full payment card data. Creators receive payouts according to their agreement with the platform and payment processor rules.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases are generally final. Refunds may be issued only in cases of technical error or at our sole discretion, or where required by applicable law or payment processor rules.

8. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their content. By uploading content, you grant AveryExchange a limited license to host, display, and distribute content for the purpose of operating the platform.

9. Platform Role Disclaimer

AveryExchange is a neutral marketplace and does not create, control, or endorse user-generated content. We are not responsible for disputes between users and creators.

10. Data & Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy, including account, usage, and transactional information for security, compliance, and service delivery purposes.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or harm to the platform or users.

12. Liability Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service operates.
